Gary Lynn Mullinax

According to NamUS, Arkansas currently has 176 open missing person cases. Here's one of them:

Gary Lynn Mullinax, only 21 years old, was last seen on Mother's Day on 5/9/76 when he was visiting with his parents in Benton, Arkansas. He was supposed to visit with his 3 month old daughter later that day, but told his parents he was going to meet someone and would be back in an hour. He never returned and was never seen or heard from again.

A few days after his disappearance, Gary's 1970 AMC Javelin green coupe with Arkansas license plates, was discovered on Asher Ave. in Little Rock, Arkansas with his wallet and keys still inside. The location was near his brother-in-law's shop building. He was separated from his wife at the time of his disappearance. His family stated that it was unusual for him to leave without warning. The Benton P.D. didn't have the initial missing person report on Gary, since they didn't keep any records prior to 1981.

Gary is 5'4"-5'6", 140-160 lbs., brown shoulder length hair, brown eyes and was known to wear dressy type clothing. He had been in a car accident that caused his jaw to be broken and wired shut, and he also had broken his leg in a fall from a tree years prior to his disappearance.
